Meditation is one of the five pillars that are very closely associated. The other four are the Quantum Field, Epigenetics, Neural Plasticity, and Spirituality. Again, in this pillar, I will be leaning on Dr. Joe Dispenza as source as he is a recognized leader in this field. I have purchased some of Joe’s meditation programs, which I will introduce you to in the store tab on the main menu. I also recommend you read his book Becoming Supernatural also available my Library Section. I am indebted to Dr. Joe Dispenza for showing me the light and transforming my life and helping me connect the dots in the adventure we call life.
Meditation is a practice of concentrated focus upon a sound, object, visualization, the breath, movement or attention itself to increase awareness of the present moment, reduce stress, promote relaxation, enhance personal and spiritual growth, and manifest instantaneous remission from disease and injury.
To effect change in your life through meditation or self-empowerment, you have to get beyond your physical world identity and enter the quantum world, the realm of infinite possibility. The quantum field is an invisible field of energy and information, a world of sub-atomic particles. Nothing physical or material exists there. This field of energy and knowledge governs all the laws of nature. I understand it is challenging to get your head around this concept as it is entirely foreign to the physical Newtonian world within which we reside. I will explain in greater detail in the Quantum Field Pillar. It is challenging for me to understand this concept without the recognition there must be “some greater being” not only overseeing the quantum field but also controlling all the amazing automatic processes that go on within our bodies. While we live on planet earth, we are part of an, as yet, far from fully understood universe and the laws that govern it. For me, this “greater being” takes the form of Spirituality.

Before I get into more detail about “meditating” there are a number of ideas that need to be understood to help us understand the process in which we are about to engage.
We are not linear beings living linear lives, but dimensional beings living dimensional lives.
The Autonomic nervous system (ANS) maintains health and balance by automatically taking care of all our bodily functions. You can view your body as your hardware and your ANS as your operating system. To effect the change you need to

To experience the supernatural, you have to master the concept of the present moment, the eternal now.
The only place the past exists is in your brain and body.
Thoughts are the vocabulary of your brain, feelings are the vocabulary of your body. The mind is the brain in action.
You have to get beyond who you think you are to create a new destiny.
Where you place your attention is where you place your energy. What you place your attention on and mentally rehearse over and over again not only becomes who you are from a biological perspective it also determines your future. You become a victim of your life rather than a creator of your life by focusing attention and energy on the outer world. If you focus on the known you get the known if you focus on the unknown you create possibilities.
I will not be going into detail here about how you “meditate”. At this point, I’m trying to present an intellectual overview of how the process works and integrates with the other nine pillars within my Be Lean For Life protocol.
The essence of meditation is quieting your brain and entering the present moment. In your normal conscious state, you are exhibiting Beta brainwaves focusing on the outer world. As you quieten your brain you move into Alpha waves focusing on the inner world. Further quieting will take you to Theta waves the twilight world where your body is asleep, and your mind is active, akin to REM sleep. Thoughts are “electric” and feelings are “magnetic” the way you think and the way you feel generates an electromagnetic field that broadcast’s from your body as much as three feet or more depending on your intensity. In order to change our state of being, we have to change how we think and feel. So to oversimplify everything this is where the magic happens. You enter the present moment broadcasting an electromagnetic field representing your future desired state with elevated emotions and you enter the quantum field where all things are possible. including your desired state. We have 7 energy centers within our body, the way we think significantly impacts the energy released from these centers. When our emotional state is elevated we broadcast a positive emotions as shown in the left column below. Emotions shown in the right column have the power to negate the positive emotions significantly reducing the energy you are able to. broadcast to the quantum field to manifest your desired state.
To this point I have been addressing what I would call “hard core” meditation, operating in the world of the supernatural. This may not be for everybody. In fact many people may not be able to open their mind sufficiently to embrace these concepts. Some level of understanding of Neural Placticity, Epigenetics, the quantum field and spirituality, I believe, is required to fully embrace the supernatural aspects of this type of medication. However, being able to operate effectively within this sphere certainly opens up a strong possibility of instantaneous remission and the manifestation of desired states of being in the matter that is your physical presence. It is my goal with my Be Lean For Life protocol to introduce, encourage and educate my clients to the point where they may be able to manifest their own personal desired state of being.
That being said, meditation can also be used very effectively to reduce mental stress within the body, and I am going to introduce you to another form of meditation referred to as ZIVA. As mentioned earlier it is not my intent to teach anybody how to meditate. There are a number of reasons for this, maybe foremost is I don’t see myself as qualified to do so. While I regularly practice both forms of mediation discussed on this page I rely on Dr. Joe Dispenza and Emily Fletcher as my teachers and mentors. I have attached a video below where Dr Mark Hyman interviews Emily Fletcher in one of his podcasts, where the concept of ZIVA is discussed.
I have read Emily’s book “Stress Less Accomplish More” available in my Library Section and I also enrolled in, and completed her “ZIVA Online” Course. This form of mediation encompasses mindfulness, meditation and manifestation. It takes a minimum of 15 minutes, ideally twice a day. I have found this meditation to be very effective in reducing mental stress in my life. I wouldn’t go as far as to say I have eradicated it, but I’ve certainly put not more in perspective. Stress, even mental stress has a role to play in a healthy lifestyle, the trick is to not allow it to dominate your world.
